Nutritio
Nutritio is a home cooking app: it keeps track of what's in your fridge, suggests recipes from it, plans the week's meals and writes the shopping list. It costs €6 a month per account, with 15 days free.

What if I just ask an assistant for recipes?
An assistant doesn't know what you've got or what goes off tomorrow, and it forgets your fridge as soon as you close the chat. Nutritio keeps it, updates it with every shop and sorts recipes by what needs using up.

Who it's for
- You cook every day for your family.

Who it isn't for
- You want a weight-loss plan or a medical diet: Nutritio doesn't do that.
- You rarely cook at home.
What it's based on
Nutrition per serving is worked out from the values per 100 grams of each ingredient in the recipe. Allergies are checked against ingredients: any recipe containing an allergen for someone in the household is left out of the plan, even if that ingredient is optional. Whatever the AI reads from a receipt, you check before it's saved.
What it doesn't do
- It isn't a diet and doesn't replace a dietitian.
- It can't guarantee a product is free of an allergen: always check the label.
- It doesn't shop for you and isn't tied to any supermarket.
Your data
It's stored on servers in the European Union. Only you can see it, with your account. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. You can download or delete it from your account.

Questions
Does it handle allergies?
Yes. Add each person's allergies (egg, gluten, nuts…) under Who's eating, and Nutritio leaves out any recipe that contains them, even as an optional ingredient. Always check labels: no app replaces that.
What if someone's vegetarian?
There's one plan for the whole table, so it follows the strictest diet in the house. If someone's vegetarian, the week is vegetarian.
What recipes does it have?
A collection of home cooking with photos, steps and nutrition per serving, including recipes for using up leftovers.
Does it read receipts properly?
Almost always, but AI reading gets things wrong now and then. That's why nothing goes into the fridge until you've checked it.
How does the free trial work?
15 days without paying and without a card. If you don't add one at the end, the trial simply closes. Your data stays in your account: if you subscribe later, you pick up where you left off, and you can download or delete it whenever you like. One trial per person and app.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes: €60 a year in one payment, instead of €6 a month. You choose when you subscribe.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data stays in case you come back, and you can download or delete it.
Are there suites with several apps?
Yes: Augmenta One and Augmenta Casa. With the same free trial, and yearly billing too.
Do I need an account for each app?
No. Your Augmenta account gets you into every app you have, with the same email, or with Google or Microsoft.
